Sketchfab is based in Paris and New York City.
We are a growing team of 40 people who value creativity, passion, caring and authenticity.
We’re explorers. We are geeks, we’re ambitious and perseverant, collaborative and attentive. We care about how things are done and try to remain humble.
But above all else, we are comfortable being our true selves, we care about people, and we have fun!
We know each other
We pay careful attention to growing the team steadily to ensure that we get to know every team member. That’s important to us!
We chat a lot, and use daily and weekly gatherings and team meetings to stay on the same page. We also keep in touch with other offices with 24/7 live streaming, weekly casual chats between the teams, and have the opportunity to work in Paris or New York for 6 weeks.
As working together doesn’t mean we can’t make friends, we organize weekly team drinks and invite our friends and loved ones, we take time to have lunch together, and have a lot of fun during our yearly week of retreat!
We have great spaces
We work in Sketchfab-blue-walls and dog-friendly offices, offering direct daylight and healthy snacks. We respect times of quiet focus, but also encourage lively collaboration.
We learn and grow everyday
As we are a small team, each of us wears many different hats, so we learn a lot. We invite guests to share insights and inspire us, welcome our community members and top artists to our offices, and take time to step back and discuss how we can keep making our organization better.
Just like you, we use our product every day
We pay attention to the new content published by the community, interact with creators, and spend time picking the best work to feature. We also create 3D content ourselves, often using VR drawing and 3D scanning tools!
